Shipping Policy – Ijewelora

At Ijewelora, we ensure that your jewelry reaches you safely, securely, and on time.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Made-to-order or pre-order items may take 5–10 business days to dispatch (as mentioned on the product page).


2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

  • We ship across India via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, and other trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your pincode.

  • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹X flat (Free shipping on orders above ₹Y).

  • COD Orders: ₹Z COD fee applicable.
    (We may call or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders.)


4. Packaging

  • All orders are packed in tamper-evident, secure packaging to ensure your jewelry’s safety.

  • Gift wrapping is available upon request (additional charges may apply).


5. International Shipping

  • We currently [do/do not] ship internationally.

  • If shipped, customs duties or import taxes will be payable by the recipient.


6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • For address changes, email us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@ijewelora.com with your Order ID.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.


7. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Our courier partners make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If undelivered and returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.


8. Delays

  • Occasional delays may occur due to holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or courier issues.

  • We will keep you informed in case of any delay.


9. Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • If your package arrives tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photos.

  • For lost shipments, we’ll investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.


10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Shipments returned due to incorrect address or phone number will incur reshipping charges.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
